Laser welding

Laser welding technology uses the laser beam to join two metal pieces together. The joints of the pieces can be superimposed or placed side by side. In both cases, it is important that the surfaces are well in contact for optimal welding.
Our new TruLaser Cell 5030 system performs the latest generation laser welding and, with the help of positioning masks designed and manufactured in-house, we guarantee an incomparable result compared to classic welding.

Laser welding normally allows to obtain satisfactory workmanship already in the first place; in any case, in order to provide a complete service and obtain an article worked to perfection, after the welding we can perform finishing operations such as:

• Pickling.
• Grinding.
• Sandblasting.
• Satin finish/brushing.
• Polishing.

All these surface treatments guarantee an impeccable aesthetic appearance.
